Does this sound like you, or someone next to you?
- Loud, regular snoring
- Pauses in breathing that a partner notices
- Waking unrefreshed, however long you slept
- Morning headaches or a dry mouth
- Falling asleep in the afternoon, at your desk or at the wheel
- Waking often during the night
Obstructive sleep apnea is common, and most people who have it have never been tested. A home sleep test is the simplest way to find out.
About sleep apneaFrom a restless night to a quiet one
- 1
Test at home
A telehealth visit with our nurse practitioner, then a night with the sleep test ring in your own bed.
- 2
Your appliance, made for you
Dr. Lynch examines your teeth, jaw and airway, takes records of your bite, and a dental laboratory makes your appliance.
- 3
Fitted, adjusted, followed up
We fit it, set the jaw position in small steps until you sleep well, and check the fit and your bite at every follow-up.
Meet Dr. Janne Lynch
Dr. Lynch graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2005, practiced in Manhattan and in Texas, and moved to the Valley in 2007. She founded AZ Sleep to treat the sleep apnea she kept finding in her dental patients: worn teeth, a small airway, a partner who could not sleep for the snoring.
Before dentistry she was a social worker for children and families, and it shows in how she listens. She is nervous about dental work herself, so she takes care that nobody feels rushed.
